Wonderful dinner last night at the newly opened Aksorn. The dishes were delicious, each meticulously prepared with an explosion of harmonious flavors packed in every bite. The main courses were outstanding; standouts for us were the beef red curry (sooooo good), grilled tomato salad and their braised marble goby with wild ginger. With a concept of highlighting historic Thai chefs and their recipes books, the menus will constantly change to reflect the diversity of their stories, and the changing landscape of Bangkok.
