Wonderful dinner last night at the newly opened Aksorn. First off, having acclaimed Chef David Thompson as your “waiter” - makes for an entertaining evening in itself. The dishes were delicious, each meticulously prepared with an explosion of harmonious flavors packed in every bite. The main courses were outstanding; standouts for us were the beef red curry (sooooo good), grilled tomato salad and their braised marble goby with wild ginger. With a concept of highlighting historic Thai chefs and their recipes books, the menus will constantly change to reflect the diversity of their stories, and the changing landscape of Bangkok.
