LE DU (Bangkok)
Wonderful dinner at Le Du as always, and great catching up with my jet-setting bro Chef Ton. I’m always impressed with his attention to detail, and inventive plating of classic Thai dishes . Paired the entire night with (way too many) wonderful wines from an aromatic Pet-Nat Domaine Jousset “Mosquito” VdF 2018 (my WOTN); to a classic Mosel Kabinett Riesling 2018 from the geniuses at #WeiserKünstler; and a decadent Le Clarence de Haut-Brion 2011. Plus, add some Anjou Rosé, a Chambolle-Musigny and a splash of Toro Tempranillo in between. Its always a treat to dine to here!
