An amazing evening at Sor️n️. Wonderful presentation and flavors throughout the entire tasting menu. Really appreciated the fine attention to detail, and strong emphasis of place with every ingredient presented. Thank you Chef Yodkwan for a delicious experience, and I’m already looking forward to a return trip (if we are lucky to get a table again). Two dishes that stood out and just blew us away were: 1) the signature crab leg with yellow chili paste and 2) the mantis shrimp with kapi and #stinkbeans.... WOW, these were sooo good! Surprisingly, the courses at Sorn weren’t as spicy people kept saying - which is a good thing, as everything was well balanced in flavor, just like amazing southern Thai food should be. BONUS: all the stemware was Zalto glasses.
